The following image resources are available for campus members:

Another resource for campus images is the University Flickr account, which houses the latest photos of campus events. All photographs posted to Flickr are downloadable.

Request Photography

If the images available for download do not meet your needs, Strategic Communications will consider requests for new photography. Our department has a limited photography staff, so each request is assessed based on our current workload, advance notice, and whether the photography is part of a broader communications project managed by Strategic Communications. We also consider whether the photography request has enough all-university strategic value.

Visual/Audio Release Form

If you pursue your own photography, please use a model release form for any "staged" promotional photography using specifically identifiable individuals. Contact Strategic Communications for more information. Release forms are not required for subjects incidentally photographed during general event photography or "campus beauty" shots in open public spaces. Generic signage to notify attendees at events is available for download below.
