Email Signature

The appearance of your email signature – the optional block of text that appears at the bottom of a message – is a reflection on both your department/division and the university.

The university logo may be used in your signature block, however only an official university logo or extension logo are permitted. If you attempt to shrink the logo to fit as part of your signature block, you must do so proportionally to maintain integrity with the logo. Also, keep in mind graphics are eliminated if your message is received or forwarded to a device not set to support images.

Your email signature should include: your name, title, university name (California State University, Fullerton), university contact information, and your department/program's URL. Do not use accompanying graphics, quotes and any unofficial taglines. "Wallpaper" graphics behind the body of the email are similarly not permitted.
